Account & contact data: your email address, used to send a passwordless sign-in link.

Questionnaire data: your citizenship, family status, and reproduction budget band. Citizenship and family status, in the context of a fertility service, are treated as special-category data.

Usage data: the donors you view or prefer, and standard analytics (only with your consent), plus UTM/referrer attribution.

We process your email and questionnaire answers on the basis of your explicit consent, captured at the point of submission with a recorded consent version and timestamp. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you opt in via the cookie banner.

Processors and recipients acting on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), [marketing funnel provider] (lead delivery), cal.com (call booking), and [email provider] (sign-in emails). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

We send the marketing funnel a minimized payload. Special-category answers are included only where you have given specific consent for special-category processing.

Some processors may store data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Leads that do not progress are deleted after 24 months. Delivered webhook payloads are redacted after 90 days. Audit records of consent and erasure are retained for accountability.
